My name is Cameron Hagaman and I am Chicago born 24 year old orchestral and media composer and creative and technical sound designer for games and film.
I have a bachelors in music composition and sound design from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music (2023). Over the past few years I have composed music for, and have been recorded by organizations and companies such as Sony Entertainment, Classical KDFC Radio, the San Francisco Contemporary Music Players (SFCMP), the College of Performing Arts (CCPA) at Roosevelt University, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music (SFCM). I have written music for several festivals as well, including the Valencia International Performing Arts Summer Festival in 2023 and the Sounds of Now Vienna festival in 2024.
I have had the privilege to regularly study with prestigious composers including Amos Gillespie, Lennie Moore, and Victor Baez, and take individual lessons and master classes from talented composers all over the world, including Detlev müller-siemens, Kyong Mee Choi, Stratis Minakakis and many more.
I am also a proficient game sound designer with a host of creative redesigns and vast technical experience. I am proficient in middleware programs like Wwise, several DAWs including Pro Tools, Logic, Reaper and Ableton, as well as programming software such as Unity and Unreal Engine. I also have some experience with C++, Max/MSP/Jitter, and Unreal MetaSounds.
